He is a nationally known motivational speaker and lecturer; and has coached individuals and organizations throughout the United States and Hong Kong.

He is the former #1 national trainer for Anthony Robbins.

He was the business manager to the #1 selling real estate agent in the world.

He spent five years in Florida's political arena as the youngest chief of staff for a Florida State Senator.

He also served as the campaign manager and legislative aide to the youngest woman ever elected to Florida's House of Representatives.

He holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido.

He holds an A.A. in Business Administration, Florida Keys Community College.

He earned a B.S. in Finance, Florida International University; he has an M.A. in Psychology, from the School of Hard Knocks, and has acquired a Ph.D. in results.

He is the author of the soon-to-be-released book, Swords of Illumination.

Paul Lirette is Executive Director, Program Development for Samurai Success, Inc. His career has blended leadership roles in the business world with an extensive performing arts background.

He has more than 17 years of professional experience in area such as political relations, marketing, human resources and publicity.

He has developed and presented numerous innovative training and seminar programs.

Experience in managing public relations, marketing and political campaigns.

Served a chief legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives.

Former legislative coordinator for the United Teachers of Dade.

Worked in media relations for the Disney ABC Television Group.

Graduate of the famed Second City Improv Conservatory and Writing Conservatory

Member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Performed in more than 25 theatrical stage productions.

Appeared in several TV shows and films including "Days of Our Lives," "Holy Man," There's Something About Mary" and "The Versace Murders."

Received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Florida International University.
